1) Please call us at 845-548-7288 or email us at Customerservice@giftsbykaz and we will provide you with a RAN (return authorization Number)
2) Safely pack your return and include a copy of your invoice with the RAN number refrerenced on it.
We will NOT honor a return without a copy of your invoice and RAN.

Return Package MUST have tracking service applied. We will not be held responsible for "lost" packages.
4) We will reimburse you your full purchase price PLUS your original shipping cost for any returned items within 15 Days of receiving your return.
